1) When will my item be shipped?
We ship after 72 hours of cleared payment. Your item will be shipped via United States Postal Services and should arrive within 10 days after received payment. International orders can take up to 18 days depending upon location. All orders will receive a tracking number via google/paypal/usps.com. Please keep this tracking number archived in your email box until your order has arrived safely.
2) Can you order specific items for me?
No. We do not get to choose the items that come on our pallet and we cannot order items directly for you. Again this is surplus inventory and whatever is on that pallet is what we get.
54) Do you combine shipping?
Yes shipping is automatically calculated when you go to check out.
4) Do you sell wholesale/bulk?
Yes we do. We sell wholesale cosmetics, skin care and perfumes on our wholesale website at http://www.wholesalecentral.com/design0005/store.cfm our mixed lots contain top selling name brands such as clinique, lancome, estee lauder, chanel, dior, too faced, sue devitt, stila, bobbi brown, elizabeth arden, la mer, and more. We have been in the wholesale business for 4 years and have outstanding customer satisfaction. Our bulk lots are priced at approximately 60 to 70 percent off retail prices. 5) When I look up the tracking number you gave me it says the United States Postal Service has been electronically notified to expect my package for delivery has it been shipped?
We ship goods within 72 hours of cleared payment. You will receive an email from usps.com and paypal.com with your tracking number saying item was shipped by Christine Bernstein at Beauty Budget. Although this is a confirmation number it is not a tracking number. In otherwords it will say when you look it up via www.usps.com that postal service was electronically notified that the sender shipped the package. This message will not change until your item has been delivered to you and then they scan it in and the message changes to receiver accepted the package on such and such date in such and such city. If you have not gotten your package after 15 business days (monday to friday) please contact us. Until then please be patient and rest assured that you are dealing with a legitimate verified company who treats their customers with respect and great service!
6) WHERE IS MY STUFF?
Dosmetic Delivery time is approximately 10
International Deliver time on average takes 18 days
The confirmation number we gave you is not a tracking number. It will only say that the post office was electronically notified to expect the package. This status will not change until you get your goods and the the post man scans the package and the message changes to delivered. Please rest assured that we are a legitimate company and we ship goods in a timely manner. International customers may have their package tied up with customs. This is out of our control. Insurance is strongly suggested and at the customers request only.
Please do not contact us until it has been 18 days domestically or 24 days internationally. We will then look up your order and figure out what is going on with the package. Until then please be patient. We have found in the past that most of the time the customer is impatient and their order arrives a day or two later after they contact us claiming it is lost. It will save both of us time if you wait until the time frame listed above is met.
7) Why are your items so cheap are they knock offs?
We deal in surplus, liquidations, store closing, store movings, discontinued (not expired yet)and shelf pull merchandise from major department stores worldwide. All of the products we buy are in excellent condition but they are surplus. This means that sometimes the items may not come with boxes or the box it comes in has slight unimportant damage such as missing cellophane, torn corner, or dent. The product inside the box is brand new, not used and in mint condition just like in the store. Our unboxed items are in excellent not used, never expired, brand new condition and may have a small scratch, torn label etc. on the casing. Our products may say "Not for Individual Sale" or "Tester" because sometimes it is required by the company we are buying it from to print that on the labels prior to our purchasing them. Some of the boxes UPC codes may be blacked out due to manufacturer requirements.
Again the product itself is brand new, fresh and exactly that same as in the department store only at a fraction of the price! Our products are 100% authentic purchased directly from legitimate licensed sources. Our products undergoe a thorough inspection process and are inspected 3 times prior to shipping. The products that are expired, too damaged or have been tested/used are DONATED to our local women's shelter. We do not sell expired, tested or used products. Our prices are up to 90% off store retail prices and are the same items sold in major department stores only at a fraction of the cost because they are considered surplus inventory.
