We are sure you will be very pleased with your item which has been inspected 3 times prior to shipping. If there is a problem which you feel is our fault (such as incorrect item sent) please contact us because those are the only reasons we will refund you in full.
We do not accept returns on our products due to health issues. Insurance is strongly suggested and must be requested in case of loss or damage during shipping. Please select insurance.
If you purchased insurance and your item was damaged during shipping we will require you to send it back to us at our expense and then we will exchange it for the same item (if still in stock) or if out of stock we will refund you.
If item is lost during shipping and you purchased insurance we will file a claim with the United States Postal Service and you will need to cooperate in their investigation. They will have you fill out and sign an affadavit stating that you never received the item. The entire USPS lost package policy takes approximately 21 business days to complete. We will not refund your money until we get ours back from USPS.
Due to sanitary and health issues we will not accept any exceptions on our return policy.
